Tom “The Kittenmaster” CooperKeymasterI’ve got some pictures I took while at the cat cafe which I will post as soon as I can find the lead that will let me upload the pics from the camera 🙂 This is the place we went to, the Calico Cat Cafe (the website is only in Japanese, but there are some very cool pics on there).

I love the science cats, especially the osmosis cat, that pic has always made me laugh.
I agree with the Sherpas in not climbing this season.
Girls need encouragement to go into the sciences, I loved science at school and went into medical science and both our daughters are in science fields. One daughter had a university class off 300 with only 3 girls in it. Crazy !

I am trying to tidy the fireplace of Summer accumulated ‘stuff’ so the chimney sweep can come and clean it. It’s mainly monarch butterfly stuff there, I still have one chrysalis to hatch that I rescued yesterday and have tied to a twig in a vase. Just need to run the vacuum around the back to clean the slate hearth of dust. Dammn those dust bunnies, I don’t know when they moved in.

24 April, 2014 at 4:48 am #806513Participanti dont see caterpillars that often either. n i havnt seen a chrysalis in ages. i found a caterpillar a couple years ago, brought it to my neighbours, n forgot about it. a few months later it became a butterfly n was flying around the flat.
