This Special Day is set aside to consider where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re going. Nope – let’s just consider enjoying pics of kits philosophizing about life!

There’ll be a lecture on Descartes in next session of my Philo course! 🙂

Morning all!,

Just bumping up Café thread! Ere it gets lost!

But purrhaps methinks too much!

Seems tad cooler out. And with hols I am all mixed up regarding what day it is. And what season as calendar says October, but feels somewhat other.

This am going for hair trim. Then last Philo class of session, but no exam, oh joy! 🙂 Then 6 pm spin class. Then home!

Thanks KJ, but it was lost, and I went into ‘recent activity’ to find it too!! I answered many new posts and by the time I was finished, I lost the cafe. So this should help bring it back up again. I also asked KM if he could make the area larger to read what’s going on, as I have even missed new posts asking for help!
Love the pics, and was glad that the little kitten gets to keep the box–poor sweet little thing!
Have a good hair trim KJ, and hope you are getting rid of your crud! 😉

Good morning – life seems to fly by too fast to stop and evaluate it! I just dive in and hope I’ve made good choices along the way.
It is a pretty fall day here, and another warm one, which is awesome! We are just about at peak fall foliage here, and the most gentle of breezes is sending leaves falling through the air.
Firewood delivered here today, so hubby is busy stacking it. He secures his order in the spring, and though many people around here get their wood over the summer, it’s nice to get it in the fall.
The owner of the garden center down the hill is letting me take as much straw as I need for the cats’ shelters. They use another kind of straw for landscaping, but the blocks and piles that are out now are for display with their fall stuff and I can have it after Thanksgiving. I haz a happy!

“When next fud?” Yep, that’s about as deep as my kits’ thoughts go, I think. Well, Leo is pretty angsty. Perhaps he has even deeper thoughts. Or maybe he’s just angsty about food. :).

Cleaned tough house today…vacuumed up the last mess from the little rehomed kittens that were living in the sunroom. :). Hope they’re enjoying their new humans.

Oooh, that pic is a bit creepy, but sort of funny too!
LeeMet doing ok. Mac bugs Comet, Comet bugs Leela, Leela swats whichever of them walk by her. Who knew it would be a homeless tabby cat that would restore balance in the home?!
Once in a while Comet will practice his Halloween Kitty look. Don’t think I’ve ever seen his tail poofed out, but he’s got the arch back, turn sideways, get real big, stare through to your soul look down pat. He’s big to begin with, so when he makes himself look bigger, he is actually seriously kind of scary!

ECB, best of efurrything to the kitties and their new purrents!

In keeping with today’s theme today and strangely – Philosophy class digressed towards Aristotle’s theories as to whether animals have consciousness. Got into story of Prof’s grad student who was totally rationalist – until she became owned by a kit! Never thought how her way of thinking would change. Much longer story which I will not go into, but for sure I never would have seen myself as a cat slave – not ever. he noted that student even found herself talking to her kit (and that’s strange why?) In any case on way out after chatted with Prof, told him about Dorry. he is also owned by a tabby – a hidey cat, interestingly named Houdini! Course starts up again in 3 wks, looking forward to it. I like to give my opinions, ask questions and it seems that no one has prob with this.

So now with H’ween stuff in $$ Store (and Xmas stuff too!) it’s also the time for me to see what I can find for my masquerade hol in March as Purim. Ditching the yearly kit theme as found me a black lace mask and hot pink mesh fingerless gloves. Basic black tights and T – enhanced by some of my skull jewellery, dark lipstick, purple streak in spikey hair – and it’s Goth grrrl in the spin class! 😉 Which is where I’m off to now – without the costume! Hehehe.

Hi efurryone,

It’s been a busy day. I mowed the backyard and mulched the leaves. Both lawns are done and hopefully, I won’t have to mow again. The guy is coming to aerate the lawns on Friday.

Brutie confused me but Grumpy Cat put me straight. 🙂

I thought Mr. Comet was doing his vulture pose! Garden Center owner is pawsome. When I had a fireplace, I got my wood in Autumn. I saw no point in storing it at my place all summer long.

It’s great you’re enjoying the Philosophy class. I like giving my opinions too, KJ. 😆

The suitcase came out for my trip next week.

I’m purposely not watching the final debate but I am waiting for Lethal Weapon. It’s a fun show.

PG, don’t blame you re debate, I wouldn’t watch it either. I’m not in the US, but these elections, I don’t think a filmmaker could come up with some of the stuff that’s going on. And not be considered a satirist!

Travel plans? Did you ask your fur gang for purr-mission, or are they coming with?

Well tonight’s spin class featured all “old disco” hits which I love! Beginning with “Daddy Cool” and with “Funky Town” as finale. And strobe lights. And blasting out of the speakers. I’m soooo high!
