    Too funny KJ,

The extent of my video game expertise is Pong and Pacman/woman. Oh, wait-there was one called frog.

This is how I think πŸ˜‰

The temperature got all the way up to 65f/18c so I have a trio of purritos. I must assume the position πŸ™‚

    Cya on the flip side.

My video game experience is nil LOL. Friend explained/showed me what “Candy Crush” is and since that enlightenment I now notice EVERYONE playing it on the bus. On their cell phones. I asked her what the point is. You get to higher levels. And? I guess you have to be there. πŸ˜‰

Not a video game player either but only because I would get too caught up in the game. I know my limits.

Hi PG, isn’t it a gorgeous sweetie.
Mid evening here on a cold night so I washed the kitchen floors. Nice and warm now and the cat is on a warning to not walk on the floor for a while.

Morning all, and night MS! ….. you’re feeling quite productive if you’re washing floors min evening! ….. my work is so busy these days, I wouldn’t have the energy! …. and of course, Abby is just waiting around the corner when I do, so that when I leave with my mop out of one door, she tippy toes in the other door to leave her signature paw prints in the freshly mopped residue! LOL

…. another steamer here today! found a little albino froggy that seems to have taken up residence in the pond with the fishies …. they don’t seem to mind him, and I’ve seen him in various parts of the pond for a few days not ….. I think I’ll call him Kermit …..

…. I’m trying to get an early start on inputting today, cause I think I need to pop out for a quick hair cut later today …. when I feel the need to wear a ponytail frequently, it’s time for a cut for me! …. have a great day everyone!

Good dark cool morning everyone! Wow, stepped outside and it was 59*!! Nice though, with rain expected later.
I hear ya AV on the ponytail, although I’m thrilled I can get my hair in one now!! Woo Hoo. Seriously, I’m over the short hair for me as my stylist really did me no favors on my haircut last summer. All but the layers on the top are grown out and am waiting for them to reach the bottom layer, and since she is expecting and due in a month, I won’t be going back for quite a while. She set me up with another stylist while she is out on maternity leave, but I’m going to cancel and just let it grow. If it gets shaggy I’ll have them trim ends (or someone will) for me.
I don’t have an XBox or anything hooked to my TV, but love playing games on my tablet….yes, I have candy crush… 😳 and a few others, but it’s great when you are waiting somewhere, and want to kill time.

    Hi KZ (ane efurryone)!
Ooops – didn’t mean to dis you – or anyone – – I just had no idea what candy crush was and kept hearing about it, so purrhaps I’m the one who’s out of step. 😎
Well here’s a neat turnaround. I mentioned yesterday that I scored hammered silver doorknobs off a gorgeous solid wood 6-drawer dresser which I discovered on curb but did not need. Mentioned it to receptionist at vets where I get Dorry’s noms. She was “lookin” for furniture and today told me that she and BF have given the huge piece a new home! It needs replacement drawer knobs, but that’s an easy find. So glad that the piece is going to someone nice! And piece is worth at least $500-$700 I’d say.

Aww, KJ, I don’t feel dissed…and you’re not out of step! I don’t know why so many people play and play for hours though, it’s really a waste of time! My granddaughters were saying yesterday though that not many grandmothers know much about electronic doo dads, but their’s does, LOL! I bought them Kindles and show them how to use them, install what they want and how to use the computer. My hubby is not electronically inclined so I have to troubleshoot the TV and all the gadgets hooked to it. *sigh*
Good score on the knobs on the dresser and the folks getting a good piece of furniture too!

I’m going to drive up and troll your n’hood, KJ. It sounds like it would be worth it. πŸ™‚

We have the same weather, KZ and I’m loving it! It’s suppose to be like this through Friday. It’s very hazy but I learned a lot of that is the smoke from wildfires in western Canada. My thoughts go out to Canadiens affect by the wildfires.

I trimmed the my hair the other night. I’m still waiting for the top layers to grow out… Now if I were sassy like KJ, I would style my hair. πŸ˜‰

I’m taking my niece to violin practice.

    Have a happy ~

Good afternoon all – hazy, hot and humid here in Jersey. Woot-woot!
Welcome to the TDK fold, AV’s Kermit the frog!
Have played some video games – recently came across old video game from the 80s that is played on a tv. A real dinosaur, but we had fun with it back in the day. I prefer solitaire.
KJ, nice that the good find is going to someone who needs it.
The picture of the kitten wanting to push a button conjures up another dad story. My dad was a model railroading guy, using a third of the basement for his display, which he would build, admire, and tear down and re-build with literally more bells and whistles. He was a design engineer, so the control panel had lots of buttons and switches. It was a privilege to be allowed to push, turn or switch something!
Well since it’s crazy humid, I’m heading to the TDK patio with a tall glass of pink lemonade.

Well hello all πŸ™‚ everybody seems to be having a productive day πŸ™‚

Video games?? Well I have a Nintendo DS and when I was young I had a game boy which my youger sister STILL has! And I’m still a Mario brothers addict ! Love that game! Mr B is a big Xbox one fan and that when he and Noodle have their alone time together Noodle sits beside him while he plays the xbox one πŸ™‚ Bob and Maneki used to do the same and Mr B missed their company so much but Noodle has helped with that..

Heading into see my Bf she back home now from her honeymoon πŸ˜‰

Think that I’m going to grab 40 winks or so with that adorable orangey. Just got in and not feeling up to purr hehehe. Something that will be over and done with as tomorrow G-d willing. Whacked out and tomorrow’s CafΓ© might be opened somewhat early, I’ll see how things go.
PG, you can troll my n’hood anytime! Its uniqueness is that many of the residents are a combination of wealthy and eco-conscious, ie ex-hippies who did well after the 60s-70s came and went. Ergo high-end furniture that gets recycled.
Admittedly my hair style is not for everyone. Beyond supershort on sides and longer layers on crown, as in almost reaching my eyelashes when straight. And now I don’t even need either of my (2) flat irons to get the look, just a comb, powerful dryer and round brush. When one finds a good stylist, IMHO it’s a big score.
So off I go to collect myself and attempt to chill.

Evening all from a bitterly cold NZ. Snow in lots of areas where it doesn’t fall every year and the temperatures in other areas have plummeted. It’s just on 0C(32F) here at 8.30pm. HRH has been outside all day doing whatever it is that she does.
AV, a little albino froggy in your pond, how lovely.
Wow KZ, it’s a small world when it comes to furniture finding.
Joan, your reminiscing on your Dad’s model railroad brought back memories of Mr MS’s father who also had a railroad set up in the basement. It was something our girls loved to look at but they couldn’t touch. Only Poppa was the one to set the engines and carriages moving.
Yay Buttons, we knew you and Mr B are video game fans.
Brrrrrrrrr it’s cold here. Found my glass outdoor table with a solid sheet of ice on it this morning and the birds were very happy when I put out their banana.
