We have had masses of rain here today and the country is pretty much sodden from top to bottom with all that goes with excessive rainfall. We’re ok here and hope the forecast overnight downpours and thunder storms aren’t as bad a predicted. HRH has been eating well today which I am so thankful for and she spent the night snuggled up against me.
Heading off to bed now.

Happy Hump Day all! MS, so glad to hear about HRH, not so glad about all of the rain you are getting. Seriously, why can’t we get it when we need it, instead of all at once?! Sleep well…

Chilly day here with rain expected, in fact for all week. But not the floods and downpours that MS is getting…that is I hope. Good day to not have to go anywhere, I guess that’s why I put my comfy clothes on today!

Hi all – it’s a grey but dry day here in Jersey – heavy rain comes back tomorrow.
Today is the anniversary of the flood of ’84. I can still remember the smell, and how the road became part of the rushing river that’s a block away. I was living down the valley and the house was inundated. Though the basement was full to the brim, the main floor did not get water. We did eventually leave; the National Guard picked us up. Traffic was horrific as there was only one way out of town. Maybe that’s why I live on top of a mountain now!

So many squeeable orangies today, I can’t pick a fave – but “Iz big kitten nao” Awwwww!!!!!

Same weather here KZ, but I don’t mind. Rain off/on for rest of week. And chilly. Yet next wk, according to weather peeps temp goes up to +18C, ie srs Spring. But I don’t trust them all that much anymore, as today it’s +2, supposed to be a lot warmer.

Got phone prob sorted out. Seems that my 2nd phone (the one in bdrm) was at fault, causing main phone to not ring. So I went out to local chain pharm and bought me an inexpensive new one.

I don’t get all that many phone calls, in fact the call that I got after I set up everything was from some scam about upping my credit. Right! How peeps get taken in and give out purrsonal info is way beyond my comprehension, yet it does happen. And a lot. *Sigh*

Might try to get a rest in pm, feeling way tired and I know why, but still. Then as per it’s the hardest spin class ever at 6 pm. 🙂

Hi all! Glad to hear HRH is eating well ….
It’s hot here! upper 80s, but coming down a smidge for the weekend – yay!
I too have phone issues coming up, my current contract runs out tmrw, I need to decide whether to buy it, or do another contract for a new one …. can’t decide if I want to stay with current carrier. … decisions decisions

AV, from what I’ve been hearing with so much competition for customers, if you even mention to phone co. that you’re considering switching over, they might offer you a better rate. That’s if you’re satisfied with service in the first place. I get a loyalty rate/promos ea. yr. as I have 4 services with same provider. Just a thought.
