Well, the babies turned 4 weeks old 3 days ago and we have startes weaning and learning to use the litter box. This litter has been more stubborn than the others I have had, but we are making progress. They are very picky eaters! Remmy will not eat canned wet food, only cooked dry food with kmr, lilly wont eat warm canned food, and purrseus will not eat cold or even room temp canned food… so, I have to make them separate dishes for them to eat. Litter box training is going well, the first time I put the boys in the pan, they knew exaxtly what to do, but Lilly wants nothing to do with it. She will scream her head off until she gets out, and then find a nice corner to squat in. When I see her doing this, I pick her up and put her in the pan, but wont stay in to finish. So, now I have multiple pans in all corners of the kitten room, hopefully she will get the hint. All in all, the kittens are warm with round full bellies and I couldnt be more proud of them. 🙂
