I have a almost 5 month old kitten, who was trained on litter box, and she’s been using it just fine, but we have outdoor cats. we have a 5 year old cat who is pretty much just outdoor, uses the bathroom outdoor, pretty much only comes inside to eat. well, now that Sophie is getting older and bigger, and she spends just about every hour in daylight outside, we have decided to try and start getting her to spend more time outside and get familiar with the area, but we want her to start using the bathroom outside, but we’re having trouble with it, we’ve had the idea to put the litter box outside, but she still stays inside over night. I’ve never had to wean a kitten off the litter box before, so I’m not really sure how to go about it, so any suggestions would be fantastic.
