    Please do. They’ve named it Humberto (my favorite Uncle’s name) and it’s coming straight for Houston. Last time we had a tropical anything the city shut down for 3 days.

    I checked one weather report which said it MIGHT grow up to a storm. We’ll purr for it won’t get nasty there. After all, what would we do with all that bacon we’ve got? 😉

    And seriously, we won’t let anybody named Humberto(!) harm you.

    Hand over the bacon, Miu. If it gets too bad I’ll just throw it all on the grill – LOL

    They are saying we’ll probably get 16 inches of rain between 7p and 7a tomorrow. Guess who won’t be swimming to work if it gets that bad?

    Ok, HM here is the plan. Pre-cook about 5 pounds of bacon tonight and put into ziplock bags. Buy a couple of loaves of bread and a bunch of tomatoes and ice. Then if the power goes out you are set with BLT’s for a day maybe two if you are conservative (for you) with the bacon!
