Mmmm chocolate covered raisins!!!! Such adorable kitties!!!!
I SO enjoyed my “SUGAR FIX”… yum, what a treat!!!! Found out the sweet lady manager I work with, is the one that treated me to the honey. Awww what a sweetheart. Sue treated me to all the other goodies. SO nice to be thought of, missed at work, and loved. 🙂
KZ, I still have to go back to my Dr. to see what the X Rays showed. Will let you all know. Yes, my knee still hurts, especially when I walk. If I sit too long at the computer, I get the pinching, and sometimes in bed. But, it has greatly decreased. NO, sadly…. I have not been able to go back to work, as I can barely walk. I have a Drs. note so work is fine with it. Thanks for asking and for thinking about me though. 🙂 Sweet……
MS, SO HAPPY for you that you got most of the wood back, and even cut to proper size!!! YAY!! Makes my heart SO happy!

I just had to include the first pic, anyone who has been around rabbits will know their poop looks like raisins. Definitely not sweet but they do make great marbles if you don’t have any real marbles to play with.

HRH Shadz just came to the door with a mouse in her mouth. After lots of congratulations and scritches she gobbled it up and wandered off into the dark to catch another mouse. That is three this week. She will be getting a lot of taurine.

Morning and night respectively! Another busy day ahead for me. Son landed safely in Singapore …. Said its the most futuristic city hes seen so far! Can’t wait for the pics. BB hope the kneebheals quickly! You are fortunate your work is so understsnding! I must get to it, later all!

BB, you work with some very lovely peeps! Glad the boss is understanding about your knee. I know with a Dr. note they sort of have to be, but it is good that you have their support and get well wishes.

Hi AV, glad son landed safely. It is so interesting to hear of his adventures!
Leela is at the perch again – yes I put her there. The sun is out and it is still quite chilly, but she doesn’t care, she is basking in the sunshine.

Hehe JK – my bro had bunnies too. Got one, then said he wanted another so the bunny would have company. Fast forward rabbit gestation period and they had lots of company, a litter of baby bunnies! They were so cute!

Aw, baby bunnies are cute. Spotted a few last Spring around n’hood. Know they were hanging out near neighbor’s pending garden/LOL!

Busy dizzy today…so I will grab a carafe of fave brew – sippin’ Cranberry Cream java & back to part 1’s fun!

I had gotten over chocolate cover raisins looking like poo until someone mentioned they look like rabbit poo. 🙁

Just returned from my Tai Chi class. I’ve had problems with balance and pacing myself so this is good for me. It’s sunny but we have a cold wind.

Concats HRH Shadz and congrats for the winning Black Caps, MS!

So sorry your knee still hurt BB. It’s tough trying to figure out what’s happening and F/U treatment.

It’s cool Son said Singapore looks futuristic. That’s how I see it in the movies.

We have a new participant on TDK. Charlie touch based in “Nervous new owner, kitten getting neutered today!” Maybe some of us can drop by for a TDK welcome.

Hi PG – Very sunny here too, but finally the wind has calmed so it’s not as bad as the last couple of days.
Had a nice afternoon down the valley. Shared a b-day cake I made with mom, brother & sister – chocolate with chocolate icing!

Back from a busy day! Sue and I took recycling over (she did all the heavy work), stopped at the dairy/farm for milk and choc milk, dropped off a bottle of choc milk for my cute little neighbor, went to my Dr. who said, the X Rays showed nothing… (they only show bones anyway…) and said I can be off for another week. Said I may see the orthopedic if I like as a follow up in case the knee doesn’t get better. Today it actually feels a lot better, but still hurts to walk too much. I did sit a lot today though. I was SO excited to see SNOW GEESE in the little lake we passed. I thought I had missed them all together this year and don’t think I saw them last year. 🙁 Picked up my prescription, and a couple groceries. On the way home, we stopped at the organic farm to pick up my small order. A fun and productive day all together. It was sunny and nice and felt SO good to get out!
Joan, wish I could share this chocolate milk with you cause it’s the BEST ever and I know how much you love chocolate milk! Wow.. I have not had milk from that dairy for many years….. What a treat. 🙂 Your chocolate BD cake sounds yum! I love that you have lunch with mom and siblings every week. That’s so special.
Oh KJ, sorry about your day… 🙁 HUGS to you girl!!

Afternoon all! …
… sorry your day sucks, KJ …

… JK, that bunny pic is TOO cute! … I had a big white rabbit as a pet for a long time growing up …. there was a news article today about the endangerment to the rabbit population down in the Everglades …. apparently people turning their ‘no longer wanted’ pythons loose down there has created an issue … no matter how fast the rabbit population can multiply (and we all know that’s fast), the python population has overtaken them, and now they are endangered! ….. why do people mess with nature’s eco-systems? *sighs*

… Buttons, glad the headache cleared! ‘whew’!
… Joan, I’ve tried to put Abby on a perch, but she will have none of it! …. finally took it down and donated it ….

… Son has had a great 2 days in Singapore, and flies to Bali tomorrow for 2 days, then takes off for NY …. he has truly had a ‘once in a lifetime’ adventure! Dau reports all good on the Brazil front … said she had to go to the store and shop for spices, apparently the housekeeper/cook only makes what they have in their apt. and BF didn’t buy anything to flavor food with … she said it was SO bland, so she stocked up on spices, and now Maria can make some tastey dishes … she’s stumbling her way through the language barrier, but is really enjoying her adventure too! …. oh to be 20-something again, and have those opportunities!

… glad Hump day is over, I busted a$$ today, got a lot done, and have a better comfort level for going into the weekend … temps going down some, probably the last time before HOT descends … looking forward to a glorious weekend!

… oh yeah, I meant to say ‘kudos’ to HRH for the mouse catch! …. the girl’s got it ‘going on’ … LOL
