Tuesday 17-06-14 – Eat Your Vegetables Day

Good morning all, it’s another ‘meh’ day here, windy and chilly with only quick appearances of the sun. Found another(there are still 3 others leaning over the garden) tree down over my raised vege garden last night. The ground is so wet the light wind caused the tree to slide over. Thank goodness I have only root crops in that garden. Shadz won’t be pleased her little grove of trees have decided to lie down though as that area was one of her favourite sleeping spots. LOL, JK you have made me laugh with your pic posts and then made me hungry with the lemon doughnuts. All before 11am.
ECB, good luck for Eko at the dentist/vets.
Off to do some housework to keep warm.

*Wanders into the cafe, heads to the Tikki bar…*

It’s been over 8 hours since the last pot so time to close the Tuesday Cafe
The Cafe is empty so time to close it for the night for cleaning and to give the kits a chance to sleep.
Floors are swept, tables are cleared and chairs are stacked against the walls.
Kitchen is clean and sparkling and coffee machines are silent.
Cat toys are all picked up and stowed in baskets.
Patio furniture and umbrellas are stacked and stowed.
Lights are off except for the kitty night lights.
Kits are all settled down in bean bags, baskets and fur piles.
Goodnight to all our imaginary friends in TDK land.
