Hi KJ & Commune – Shaddo was a Master Plumber. It will be good for the kitties to learn about tools (hehe, “tool”).
Love the pics, and Commune, that gif is a riot! Comet has captured many a mouse, only to lose it when it plays dead till he gets bored, then it gets up and runs away.

    Morning *waves*

Deb, thanks for your appreciation which encourages my so-called creativity!

Joan, so Shaddo was a DIY sort of cat? Dare I inquire about his exploits? Should I be sitting down? 😉

    And Commune,
That vid looks like footage from Dorry’s infamous b-day party, where Shadz contributed a basket of teeny mice for hours of kitty fun (not so much fun for mice LOL).

Gloomy day here, snowed yet again, wet and yukky, and a car did me the “favour” of splashing me just about head to toe, probably drove off laughing at my plight. Would stay in for duration, but must make a sortie for my master’s food, not an option.

Hi Deb – glad there seems to be no tsunami threat. Scary stuff.

KJ, Shaddo needed to inspect under the sinks when the doors were open. I have a few pics of him under there. In general, he supervised most projects. He didn’t need a tool belt, as tools were for workers, and he, in his cat wisdom, believed that supervisors are there to make sure workers are working.

Wonder how they punished the cat and honestly why would they not try to find out if the cat is not feeling well and that may be why it is so angry, sigh.

Oh reading that article, the cat scratched the baby and the dad kicked it in the backside and then they ran into the bedroom 🙁 Sounds like the cat was tired of being ‘kicked’ around literally, heck I would too.

Isn’t that the way “work” works, Joan? LOL Plumbers make the big bucks, as opposed to myself with my (not so useful) English Lit. degree.

Wondering the same thing re “ravaging” cat Deb. First, if one has a kid watch it when pets are about. Kicking kit didn’t help, one would think a grown man could have put on work gloves or thrown a towel over the kit and caught it. Trapped by cat in bedroom, boggles my mind. And right, cat might not be feeling well.

Well, when I get back today’s endeavor is trying recipe for polenta lasagna, off polenta pkg. Thing comes in a sliceable roll, which one supposedly lays out in bake pan in lieu of lasagna noodles, without having to pre-boil. Seems simple enough to purrhaps be even KJ-proof LOL.

Doesn’t even sound like they named the cat, just a sad situation that the cat will end up paying for (just guessing on my part).

    Hey JK,
No special powers here (unless they are dormant as yet). LOL. Saw your pic on “Who’s Online” and figured you were on your way in. Also, owe you a major thanks for fun “Days” of month – purrfectly fuels my creative fire in devising themes.

Was waiting for today’s Main Page kit so I could pounce, but must run my aforementioned errands or lose better part of day. L8R!

Hi JK – It snowed a bit yesterday morning, and it looks like winter storm ‘Vulcan’ will miss us, although it is supposed to get cold again, sigh.
Tools, let’s see. Leela should know how to use a file for her claws. Since she isn’t all that mobile and is mostly on carpet, her claws are like kitten razor claws. She needs to file them so they’re rounded and don’t hurt mama. She might also benefit from a door stopper, to keep annoying little brothers out of a room where she wants quality mommy and me time.
Comet should know how to use a yard stick, so he can fetch toys from under things. He might like a tool belt with ‘real’ tools, so he looks cool. (Don’t tell him, but we’ll put kid tools in his belt so he looks cool but can’t hurt himself or others!)

😉 Great, happy it/days helps! Someone has to be creative at early hour/know it’s later in your digs tho!

Well, finally paid trip to hair place & got a trim yest eve!
Here’s 2 from the new styles for Spring:

Those hairstyles rock – JK – kit cuter than guy IMHO LOL. I’m an hour later than you, but yeah I am up pretty early.

Dorry could probably bust open his food cans and bags with his fangs should I be slow to respond to his needs, and rip open my veins should it come to that, hopefully never. 😯 So I don’t think he’ll be needing access to my tools anytime soon. And I won’t spill that Comet’s tools might not be the real deal.

    Grumpy lookin' for coffee

We have a special guest in the café today. Hope there is a new pot o’java brewin’!

    #803606

i agree. sounds like the cat was violent because it was in a very abusive environment. the poor cat didnt seem to be in a happy place, and the the owners don’t sound like they deserve to be parents of any sort.
