    Hey bb.

    Long time – 15-20 yrs maybe.

    I had to learn how to cook all over again.

    I now use lots of spices and herbs since I don’t have meat to flavor things with.

    It’s just about 5pm – we just started daylight savings time last weekend. I guess its a bit too dark there for you to wave to Mt Ranier for me!

    I don’t really use cilantro.

    Lots of garlic, onions, bell peppers, thyme, bayleaf, Louisiana hot sause (yum) and whatever else I happen to see. Salt and pepper, too, of course.

    I only use cookbooks if I am trying something different.
