    Tigerpaw – that’s not fair. I can’t get that in NZ. When I’m in the States my father-in-law buys a Dreyers Praline icecream for me.

    Yes I saw that. It has a terrible crime problem now – lots of problems with young men (hoons) in cars doing donuts and racing.

    It would have been in 1978 that we’d have moved there.So I’m sure I’d probably be somewhere like Auckland or the smaller isles by now if we had. WANNA BE THERE NOW! Got some friends from Friday Harbor who moved there about 6mo.ago.

    Went to put the laundry in the dryer. It is 11:30 though, so I guess I better sign off. Every night I swear I will get to bed earlier, it never happens. I am certainly a night person (NOT a morning person!) Good night, all.

    How long has it been now since you gave up meat? Do you make a lot of beans and dry peas, etc? I love al that stuff… Glad the family will eat any of it. That’s wonderful!
