Kilroy, how many “shots or sticks” did they give you of the Botox? I am considering it but have heard different things about how many of the shots given…

Morning all… well, it’s morning here. 🙂
Anyone who is cold – come visit Arizona… we had a high of 95 yesterday! Autumn? Not quite yet.
KJ – a croissant and chocolat sound wonderfully yummy.

Deb, there were 4 injections (they originally said there would be 3, grrr). They were very owie and my head & neck hurt like crazy the rest of the day but now they don’t hurt at all. I was told the Botox could take up to 3 days to have an effect so the lack of pain today could just be the normal fluctuation of my headaches.

During one of the injections I said out loud, “This better work because DANG!” and everyone laughed. The doc said it couldn’t be that bad if all I said was dang I & said yes it certainly could be.

Happy Halloween!

We have been working hard on a Halloween themed film which will be released tomorrow. In the meantime, please consider your pets during the Halloween celebrations. There are several ‘tricks’ and tips to stop your pets from being scaredy cats at this time of year.

Pets can become anxious and unpredictable with a constant stream of unusual looking characters knocking at the door. Keep your pets a safe distance from trick-or-treaters and reassured they are safe.

Stick to pet friendly treats and avoid sharing Halloween candy with animals. Chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats, and other candy could damage their health. So please keep the treats out of paws’ reach!

We don’t encourage putting your pets in costumes, but if you know your pet doesn’t mind, make sure the costume doesn’t interfere with his or her breathing or ability to see. Always keep an eye on them the whole time – never leave a costume wearing pet unattended!

Keep a close eye on all your pets during the days and weeks leading up to Halloween. If you have a black cat, or even a dark gray one, keep close tabs on them and if possible, keep him indoors to prevent him from being the victim of any pranks.
