Happy Thanksgiving to our American family!!!

Happy Thursday to our European and Happy Friday to our NZ family!!!

I am starting the cafe today, it’s very early, 4:30am, but I figure someone else is up too. Buffet is up and kitties are here to play or snuggle.

I will be going back to bed here in a few, but shall return…

Actually, Maddie cried out at 3:30..woke us up…so hubby came downstairs to see if she was okay but she put herself back to sleep. I was wide awake, so he went back to bed and here I am…up for over an hour now…I am going to crash on the couch now..just for a few more hours.

Don’t work too hard!! Talk to you later.

Hi peeps…It’s just before 2 a.m. here in California. i haven’t been to bed yet. Tried to do some cat napping,but, with no luck. Too excited. Julie should be calling me soon. If the weather & traffic weren’t too bad passing thru L.A. then I should be getting a call from her saying there getting close to arriving.

I doubt I’ll have any trouble sleeping after we’ve had our meet-up since I haven’t really slept for 2 days just from anticipation of their visit. Well,I’m going to make one more attempt at a wee little cat nap before they arrive. I can’t wait. Whoo Hoo!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to you Americans! I’m still recovering from my last Thanksgiving dinner 2 years ago! I suggested to MrKK that he might want to get some turkey sandwiches for dinner if he is missing turkey! He said he might do a mini Thanksgiving type dinner for us tomorrow night.

Well its 11.10pm here so time to go to bed before Friday appears! Catch you all later in the day/tomorrow. And someone please eat some Ambrosia for me and I prefer the white meat to the dark meat!

Morning, all and happy Thanksgiving to all. I got up at six to take the barking puppies out and am hanging out now while they play before I have to be at the cat-sitting house at 8:00. I plan to get home to my boys around nine in time to watch the parade and also print some Christmas card labels now that Comcast has finally gotten my service restored at home. Then back to the puppies’ house to write some cards out. I have to be at my friend’s at 2:00 for all the festivities and am looking forward to it.

GD, I hope you can just flop into a big armchair at 2pm and eat a huge meal and doze off for the rest of the day! Your days make me feel exhausted!

Well, I’ll probably have to leave by 6:00 or so to go take the puppies out again and the kitty will need her shot around 8:00. I’m going to make the most of my 4 hours there, though!

I’m snotty this morning again and it’s pretty cold out for Florida – in the 40’s when I took the dogs out at 6:00. I’m hoping it’s allergies, but I have that tickle in my throat…..

Oh. I’ve just gotten over a stinky cold, GD, I thought it was allergies for the first two days too. I hope yours IS allergies, though they’re no fun either. Take LOADS of vitamin C — and echinacea — and odourless garlic… and pecan pie too, I’m sure that will help 😉

Ohhhh, yes, pecan pie will definitely help! I had a cold over the weekend and Monday and then it kind of went away. It’s weird – it doesn’t feel like allergies, but usually when I have a cold, it lasts for a month or so.
