Thursday – 28-04-2016 – It's Great Poetry Reading Day – Well La-dee-da!

Morning all! Some well wishes and prayers would be good for me as I get ready to head out to the dentist for prep work before my crown….ugh! Not looking forward to it, but what do ya do?

Those meezer cupcakes look almost too good to eat…almost! Glad Tux has stashed a few for KJ, or better yet, purrfecting the recipe to make some more!
Sounds like an invigorating walk, JK. Followed by some down time on the TDK patio is a good way to recharge for the afternoon.
Chilly and mostly cloudy here in Jersey after a partly sunny morning. Happy to see a party of six show up today. Actually five but as soon as I covered Mama Cat’s meal she showed up! They left a mouse this morning too.
Oh and I have news! Niece is going to have a baby in October! So excited. She’s the one who lives just down the mountain. So far my job is to be on call as cat sitter for Theo and Moe. Can you believe she’s been asked what she’s “going to do about the cats” when the baby comes? Niece, with full-fledged Jersey Attitude, answers, “absolutely freakin’ nothing!” I’m so proud of my girl!

Good grief, I couldn’t quit looking at that puzzle JK, until I found the cat! She was well hidden to be sure!
Thanks to all of you for the well wishes for my dental appointment today–all went well and I am sporting a new temporary cap until the crown is made. In about 3 weeks I’ll go back for that. My jaw was a little sore, and the tooth is a little sensitive, but as time has passed, it is less and less so. I love my dentist as he makes sure you are never in any pain and explains everything along the way, as do his hygenists and assistants. TDKers ARE THE BEST!!
JJ, I’m excited for you to be having a GREAT-niece or nephew, and love her outlook about the cats. I don’t understand people thinking that cats would pose a threat to a baby. Mine have always loved babies and children. Willow is like Avery’s brother–seriously–he is so kind and gentle with her. And I make sure she is the same–never swatting, hitting or pulling of tails–ever.
