Thanks Tux, mighty fine ‘tini. I remember Hootie would come out of a sound sleep with the aroma of a freshly opened can of tuna… I would even use the hand opener so he would hear but, you know, cats!

Joan, school bus kitty makes me want to go back to grade school again *serious rethink* – not! But kit is totally smoochable! Mere thought of grade school makes Happy Hour a good thing. May I join you Helen? I’ll have an absinthe, which as yet I’ve only tried virtually – but there’s always hope LOL.
JK, tks for Bongo vid, but Dorry insists on improvising! Fortunately Nurse Kitty has a stock of headache tablets in the infur-mary. Between those and absinthe, won’t notice raucous banging – or much of anything else for that matter.

Goodmorning all, this morning Shadz will be playing the maracas because they sound so much like her sneezing. She got up in the night and ate a bowl of raw meat, a bowl of kitten milk and then she ate cat biscuits which she barely eats at all. One appetite is definitely back, now we just have to boost her immune system to get rid of the sneezes. She was sitting in the sun but the fog from over the ranges has lifted and is drifting over us as a large dark cloud to blot out the sun.
Love the pics and wow Winkiw Winks was a gorgeous big boy.
LOL at the hedgehog and the doorstop, anyone notice it’s name. Hazel, I am beginning to wonder if that is where our TDK house cleaner hazel may get her prickliness from.
Helen, great to see you back in the Cafe.

Glad to see that HRH is continuing to feel better. Purrhaps visit with Agency tortie helped to lift her spirits. And how are you feeling?
Dorry would like to accompany HRH on the bongo drum (think it’s because he has a crush on her). I will be in the soundproof room, located somewhere near the Basement, slowly but surely succumbing to my Happy Hour absinthe LOL.

LOL, succumbing to absinthe sounds pleasant at the moment. I am cold and still have a sore throat and tired from lack of sleep thanks to the neighbours party. I do believe I will join you in the soundproof room somewhere near the basement while the kits have a good old jam session.

*KJ passes MS a glass of absinthe complete with slotted silver spoon and sugar cube* Before long we will both pass out under the auspices of the “Green Fairy” LOL. Upon awakening we will write incomprehensible yet meaningful French poetry. Way back in the day sore throat (OK, cough) medicine, close enough, contained a goodly dose of opium. That said hope sleep, time and classic remedy of hot tea/honey will help conquer achy throat.

Just found yakkage that looks to be days old. There was a bit in the bathroom the other day and it did cross my mind that there would be more (it’s almost a double-whammy, isn’t it?). Of course, said yakkage is on my nicest, and light colored rug, sigh.

lol gotta love when that happens. ive found me a few dried um presents with some of my cats ibn the past. one time i was pissed at my mum, so i picked up some dried yakkage, and teased her with it. i was mean lol. it was this little grey mass that was flat like a felt pancake…. a felt, stiff pancake

oh, glad Shadz appetite is returning …… Cuddles’ system seems to have regulated itself, seems her ‘meat soup’ concoction is doing the trick! …. LOL @ Joan and the dried yakkage ….. sadly, it’s a common occurance here, Abby has a terrible habit of hoovering her food so fast in the mornings, it comes right back up ….. but the little minx is sneaky and usually yaks somewhere ‘private’ ….. so oft times it’s days before I find her ‘present’ ….. and of course, it’s usually on one of my good oriental rugs *sighs* ….. I should own stock in clorox wipes ……
