Takes on is the ‘tude, ’cause with what the kitty customers are up to, it’s no wonder that there is somewhat of a revolving door staff turnover.

Good morning KJ and Joan, and all who enter later! Me too Joan, AND the chef. Hubby can’t or won’t cook anything, has no inclination to learn either! And I am the custodian most times too… 😉 Love the pics of kits with food. That’s all mine can think about: where is it, how to get it, and how much do we get? 😛

Hi KZ, yep, I’m the chef too, oh and gardener! Hubby can fend for himself food-wise – he knows some basic stuff and he mans the grill. I usually only have to take the garbage out when he’s not around, and he only has to feed the cats when I’m not around.
Did you get any planting done yesterday?

Joan, I’m sorry to say I did not get any planting done. BUT, today after Avery leaves, I will stick those plants in the ground. It is just plain cold today, and it was yesterday too. I don’t have any hats for her other than heavy winter ones. It won’t take me long to get them in, I just have to do it. I don’t know whether to mulch this year or not. I hate mulching because it looks so nice when it’s done, but I don’t like doing it.

Hi Deb, glad you are feeling a bit better. How sad about the dog, but it looks like she has a very happy life ahead of her.
KZ, I don’t put down mulch too often, though I have some hay I should put down by the strawberries. Chilly here too, just when you thought it was safe to turn off the heat!

Luke Reilly was stand-up paddle boarding about 200m offshore yesterday when an orca “popped up” next to him.

The killer whale checked him out for about 5 minutes and even had a nibble on his board.

Thanks for all of the links Deb.
It’s true – some cats do not take to a leash/harness. My Luck will freeze up too. Crockey just luvs it. Best thing is just keep as indoor kit unless
traveling than use your kit carrier/s.
