Hey KJ 🙂 how’s your bruises today ? Hope there’s no long lasting aches from that fall.. I’m sure Dorry is looking after you though… You’ll have to tell Sir Dorry to keep a slight distance from the new girl as she’s very feisty 🙂 I’ll tell him when it’s safe to come through the wormhole 😀 Nutini may be a bit put out that he’s interested in another woman lol…

KZ hope leona is continuing to improve.. Hopefully it’s just a little dodgy tummy ..

Can’t stop sneezing this morning.. Ahhhh ! Hoping MS Sunday will be coming home after work with me today. But won’t push it if vet wants her to stay for a little while longer. I’m expecting craziness when we do get her home. She’ll have a lot to adjust too. And Mr B I think wants to name her so well see what he makes of her when she does come home. I still prefer Miss Emily Sunday. But if not for this girly then I’ll definitely have first name choice with next furry 🙂

Awww, cats and babies! Love the pics. Leela slept glued to my side. She came downstairs yesterday a few times – think she was curious about Mac. Alas, Comet saw her and she ran back up.

    Morning all! ….

… Deb, that snow block on top of the car in NY makes me (((shiver))) … my children are freezing in the city!

… goodness, Thursday! …. the weeks are flying bye! …. received two on-line orders for Christmas yesterday, first year I’ve finally broken down and done some on-line – easier/faster than I thought it would be …. maybe my adversion to malls is finally getting the best of me 🙂 ….. can’t stand the parking, the crowds and the lines …. I really MUST be getting old!

… Buttons, I hope Miss ES does indeed come home with you today, can’t wait to hear of her adventures with Nutini and Noodle boy …. I have the feeling Bob and Buttons just knew she would be a purrrfect fit for your family!

… heading down to imput now, have a great morning, everyone!

Good morning everyone! Stopping for a quick hello and to say MS, you reminded me of a Joni Mitchell song called “Ladies of the Canyon” one of my favorite albums of all time! Cats and babies! Some of my favorite things. There is a phrase in that song where she sings “cats and babies run to feet”–and now I have an earworm going! But a good one for a change, thanks MS! See you littermates later….

    Good Country Things
Why use Cold and Flu Fighting Stovetop Potpourri?
Simmering potpourri on the stove releases moisture into the air, which can relieve coughing and congestion. Citrus, clove, rosemary, cinnamon and eucalyptus are an unstoppable germ-fighting team, and are often found together in essential oil blends.

    Ingredients and Directions:
Combine 1 liter of water, 5 orange slices, 1 tbsp whole cloves, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a large pot. Place on a wood stove, or simmer on your stovetop. Breathe deep (if you can!) and enjoy the fragrant steam. In my opinion, this stovetop potpourri loosens phlegm, purifies the air, and improves health and wellness.

.. Deb, that popourri looks easy and wonderful! I will have to remember to do that over the weekend … I used to do that in the big house, and it always smelled wonderful! … need to do that again!

    Tks PG and Buttons,
Yeah I’m fine, more sore from carrying heavy bags and general post-wkt soreness – my bad! But did take advice and have bought me some cool velcro reflective as glow-in-the-dark arm bands to wear when I venture out in pitch darkness – so cars won’t mistake me for a black kitty!
No worries Buttons, Dorry will wait for purrmission before paying court to Ms. Sunday. He is still besotted with Miss Nutini as purr all the grrl kitties. He assures me that he has enough “luv” to go around – except when it comes to me – at times! LOL.
