This Special Day was created to discourage the ubiquitous “Have a Good Day.” This day is however, Grumpy Cat’s delight LOL.

Good morning – aww, Grumpy Cat is cute, “I am smiling!”. There’s no having a bad day in TDK land, for sure!
Grey breezy day here in Jersey – rain on the way. I fed the café crew early so they can take cover when the rain comes. When I brought the food out, 2 black cats came in the door, turned around and went right back out. I guess there will be more of that when the weather is rainy or cold. Looks like the gate I bought will come in handy.

It’s sunny – to be 40’s here today…weather peeps already projecting possible snow fun just in time for weekend…Christmas/Holiday Parade this Saturday…oh what fun…Hmm, maybe NOT yet on the snow.

Poor babies don’t know why the feeling icky and boogery so I’m glad Comet is feeling better.

I’ve a pot of pinto beans cooking and now I’m off to swim. I promised a friend a Pecan Pie so I’ll make that tonight.

I can so relate to all those pics PG, LOL. As the fates would have it I am planning to pick up a clear box as recommended to organize the bits and pieces that came with my coveted power drill. Supposedly the right size box (shoe storage box) will fit exactly in neat-o carry bag that came with drill set.
Might end up in re-enactment of GWTW. So blustery out that when it rains as has been happening off/on umbrella is pointless. There goes what there is of my hairstyle. As long as I stay on firm footing hehehe.

Cats are so good at reading us; they can always tell if we are having a bad day. Love the kitten offering his box to play with, awww!
Keep both feet on the ground KJ! It’s windy here, with a windswept rain. At least it’s not bone chilling or snowing. For that, I can say it’s a good day!

Not only did I keep both feet on the ground JJ, I “managed” to find (yes) yet another pr of shoes for them! We have a chain of deep discount stores here called Winners. Closest thing in US would be TJMaxx. Loads of great stuff. I get much of my spin clothes there as many brands similar to Lululemon (no way will I ever pay $100 for tights.) Thing is if you see something you’ve got to buy it as by next trip it could be gone. In any case one can always take things home, do a re-think if need be and return stuff. So I now have a pr of Hush Puppies plum suede tasseled pumps with just the right height heel. $50. Not worth a re-think. And indeed I found room for them in my shoe home.
Here they be – more than double the price on Amazon!

Also thought of you as on way home I saw a street find, looks like it could be re-purposed as a baby/kitty gate. No I did not take it, but recalled your saying that you might need one in case soem of your café customers want to turn your home into a hotel LOL.

JK, THUD, just THUD!
Nice score on the shoes, KJ. I did get a gate but it isn’t setting in my uneven walls. I did put it up and though it was not secure, was effective in keeping my kitties seperate from 3 wet hungry kitties who came in for a short, supervised visit.
