Enjoy a wild and wacky day with absolutely no history to define it’s purpose. Probably created by someone with a whole lot of free time on their hands. Hope our kits don’t “push our buttons.” 😉

Button – think about it. 🙂

Well that was fun finding different ‘button’ pics. I would post a pic of our own Buttons cat called Buttons but haven’t figured out how to. I am sure someone should be able to post the pic of him in his wonderful green bow tie.
Time I pushed some buttons and headed to bed.

MS, it took m a sec to “get” pic of belly button kit – but it’s way good and creative!
And if an adorable wee meezer was napping on my keyboard I guess I’d have to forego usig my ‘puter that day! 😉

Pouring out – guess my huge umbrella will serve it’s intended purrpose!

LOVE the pics…so creative…and I would like the feline fine/I’m not lion button myself!! If they would make it with some crystal bling..I would wear it on a coat or scarf!! 😀

Well, I can’t wait to try out the kindling splitter myself! The mallet is 3 lbs. so it would be the perfect size for whacking sticks (unlike our own whack bonk sticks…these are shorter)! We also split our own wood–we have a hydraulic wood splitter that runs on the tractor PTO (power take off) but you have to lift the logs up to it then stack the wood. Yes, it’s labor intensive, but the payoff is so worth it.

Peso’s eye looks just awful. I have the triple antibiotic ointment but need to put it in 3 to 4 times a day. If it’s not better after the weekend, then back to the vet wet go. It is looking better than a day ago, I’ve just got to pin him down and NOT PUSH HIS BUTTONS! 😆 He doesn’t mind being messed with, none of my cats do since they have been handled intensively since birth, but he’s so darned wiggly!

Oh no KZ – sounds like you’re going through so much kit-related angst of late! First health issues with Willow and now wee Peso. Well I hope that his eye gets better soon.

That kindling splitter sounds like fun and a good way to get rid of excess energy. All that I’m missing is the kindle! 😉

Over time I have learned that pushing Dorry’s buttons can be dangerous! 😮

Buttons can be awesome. Used to be a shoppe with tons of different ones and I did get a few. Then someone gave me a whole bunch of odd buttons. Ideal for knitting a cardigan as I like to use just one outstanding button so that whatever I wear under cardi shows. At an art store sale I picked up some buttons with owls on them and another set with foxes on them. Eventually they will become attached to a cardi.

Plus when I buy clothes and they come with replacement buttons I keep them all labeled and organized so I know what goes with what.

I’m wearing knit dress for the first time and it feels so nice and cozy! The sun peeped out for like 15 secs to remind us of what e’re missing. Back to windy, damp and chilly. And tomorrow slated to get way cold. *Sigh*

Today on the Radio-Canada morning show they were talking about the scary “red button”, but I’d rather think of cute buttons such as those black kitten ones. I want them!

Reminder to self to go buy an “adoptez un chat errant” (adopt a stray cat) button at a pet supply shop a bit south of here.

    Poor Peso!

The cat’s rear tattoo on human’s front reminds us that the 19th of November is World Toilet Day, a serious topic for all mammals, humans, cats and otherwise, but the founders have always used good old toilet humour to get the message across. http://urgentrun.com/index.php

We think of changing the box, but also of “open” elimination in highly-populated areas, smelly whatever the species…

    Hi Efurrybody,

We made to Thursday. I like the murder button! I’m sorry wee Peso isn’t doing well. Hopefully, he’ll be spunky self in a few days.

We’re suppose to get snow starting tomorrow evening. My car is still in the shop. I told my nephew if these car repairs keep coming up, the kids are going to get rocks for Christmas. 😯

My knee is aching for the last couple of days. *sigh*

    Oh no-not Ronco

    Have a happy~

UGH, I know JK, not yet!! Some stations around here start the day after Halloween!! And it’s the same songs over and over. Glad I have satellite radio.

Thanks for the well wishes guys, for Peso and Willow. Willow is feeling much better and is his sweet self. I am adding extra water to all of my cats’ food these days to guard against constipation and dehydration. I don’t even know what happened to Peso’s eye, whether he scratched it accidentally with a claw cleaning his face, or maybe one of the other cats slapped at him and got his eye. That’s why it’s so concerning to me, if it doesn’t get better by Monday, I want them to check his cornea. 😳 I don’t need this right before Christmas….

Awww Mr. Buttons is adorable! Tks PG!

“Ronco” hehehe. “But wait, if you order within the next 10 secs we’ll send you a second Cat Alarm absolutely free!!! Just pay separate shipping and handling.”

Wonder if the xtra S/H costs more than both items put together. Hmmm … 🙁

Dare I ask if you’ve been overdoing it re the knee? Been there (relatively), done that, still do it! I hope that you feel better soon.

Waiting for my fix-it guy to get here with my repaired kitchen drawers. He’s 15 mins late! OK I’ll discipline myself to give him at least 1/2 hr-45 min before I call him, it is traffic hr now. And it’s not like the lack of said drawers is keeping me from functioning. *Sigh*

No, I really haven’t done much to taunt my knee. I walk errands and when I get home, I put it up and massage it. For some reason, the calf muscles have been tense and having spasms. He gave me a script for meds. but I’ll see if I can massage them out. Now I”m using the heating pad and my massage.

You’ve gone this long without the drawers, so breath deep.

There’s one station that starts holiday music on the November 1st and they’re proud of it. 😮

I’m being circled by sharks so it must be dinner time.

You might also want to try my “go to” helper – Arnica – I find the gel works best.

    TDKers – check out today’s Star Kit!!!! 😉 🙂

I’m not happy as in grrr!!! 😡 Kitchen drawers got installed. After guy left I was putting things away and noticed that all 4 traction piece screws are sticking out of side next to stove. Scratched stove slightly (not noticeable) when I moved it out to see how much was not done right. 4 sharp screws! I could have cut my hand to pieces! He will be back ASAP ie Sun or Mon to replace them with the proper size screws and then he will patch up the holes which will be left. I lost it a bit ’cause I’m tired of this whole thing already. Not the end of the world nd now I must feed my “shark” and do likewise for self and chill.

Afternoon from sunny weather. It is a wonderful day with just a light breeze. It is also HRH Moonshadows 16th birthday today. In celebration she has been snoozing in a cozy patch of long grass – until the lawn mower man arrived with his noisy machines anyway.
KJ, I hope the umbrella keeps you dry.
KZ, I used to do all the kindling and it can be quite therapeutic if you’re in the right frame of mind. We also use a hydraulic wood splitter, either SIL small electric one or BIL large one with it’s own motor that is towable. Daughter puts the rings of wood in and operates the handle and I clear out the split wood and toss on to the wood pile. SIL uses the heavy splitting axe on the easily split rings. Yes labour intensive but as you say the payoff is worth it to see a huge stack of fire ready wood just waiting for Winter. Oh poor Peso and your buggy eyes, now you let your Meowmy put the ointment in your eye or it’s the VET for you my boy.
JK, mum still has the same large button jar that she had when I was a child and that’s a long time ago. Oh the delights that KK and I found in that button jar and there were always new buttons appearing with her being a dressmaker. Great ‘button’ pic of the button accordion.
PG, thanks for posting The Buttons pic. He’s such a handsome guy.
Aching knee, try the arnica. I’ve somehow tweaked my back and the arnica is heaven for killing the pain. I was still able to manage most of my circuit at the gym but didn’t try anything that involved back muscles. I think I tweaked it pulling long grass from my garden last week and falling asleep on the settee the other day hasn’t helped. LOL at the cat alarm.
It is definitely Friday Eve here.
Aha KJ also knows the wonderful efficacy of arnica and especially the gel. It works so fast for me.
Oh, screws poking out of the draw, that’s not right at all. Get some rest KJ.

    Hi MS,

By accident I posted Friday Café 2x. Can you use your administrator magic powers and delete the first one? The one with “It’s” spelled “It/s”. Big tks!

I somewhat fixed Friday Café so that peeps don’t end up in an empty room. Guess my fingers ran too fast! 😉

I do have some Arnica gel and I also have some Hemp nerve cream. I alternate between the two.
