Good Morning! Well, it’s snowing here again…. looks like just under two inches so far. SO glad I am home today… This weather is just crazy!!! Birds are ALL over the feeders. Yesterday morning there were 6 squirrels out there. But, I had put seeds on the ground under the feeders so they were filling up on those.
Wishing everyone a very lovely day!!!

Hi everyone – snow day today!
Cheri, those 2 kittens look almost exactly alike, but you can expect one of them to cuddle while the other wants to play and show off!
That dog was so loved after all he went through. How wonderful that the family never left his side.
Last night someone jumped on the bed but we noticed no jingle from the collar tags. Yep, it was Mac, who beat Leela there. Leela amused herself with toys, suspiciously nearby, as if she wanted to make sure she was getting attention. She also did a lot of breeping; her baby cousin Lexx breeps a lot too! Meanwhile, Comet is blissfully happy in his nest by the fire, feet in the air!

Good Morning All and Night MS,

Great theme and pics KJ and MS. The first picture gave me the scaries, MS. I glad you’re home as well, BB. If you don’t need to outside, why go? We are finally getting a break from the snow and cold. It’s suppose to be warm (a heatwave!) through Tuesday. Now most of the snow will melt, Yea.

Love your 2.5 cents JK and here are mine: 😛

    (Early) afternoon all!
Love that pic JK – and our Buttons does have a Dr. Jekyll and Ms.Hyde, same steampunk era as my Dorian Gray! So just got back from my Purim (or in my case Purr-im) costume event. I was (of course) only one in spin class in costume, but everyone thought my kit get-up was awesome. I meowed and purred my tks. I’ll tell you that it’s not easy to spin in a mask and my kitty ears and bowtie were sodden, but our instructor (someone new to class but def not to teaching) is a “rockstar” and class was super! So just got bag ‘o Purim sweets as part of trad (from community non-profit), not my type of eats so might have a chocolate candy and pay the rest forward. LOL. Out to appt back L8R.

Hee hee, thanks for shares PG.
Yup, Crock can be “naughty” as needing non-stop attention as my alpha/in your face meezer!
Great on class fun and choco as Purim treat!
Think I will celebrate w/you w/li’l bit o’ choco too after lunch!
    😉
Getting cup of Java & back I go to part 1’s fun!

I’m not sure if Leela has multiple personalities or if she is just very moody and expressive! She is generally a happy cat, but she is also the only cat I’ve ever been owned by who spits – she can truly seem like 2 different cats!

LOL on Leela…hmm, showing she’s just one of da boys…maybe as to leave her alone!

Well, it’s that time…c’mon Tux – to the patio/lounge chair. Need to catch a few rays as we get some well-deserved lunchtime RR!
Aah, this is the life – eh, kit! Purrrr…zzzz….

Going to grab a lounge chair on the patio too – that big Maine Coon buddy of mine picked one out, complete with complimentary pink lemonade.
After a bit of shoveling, went out to feed the birds, but the top was frozen, so brought that in by the fire to thaw. Then took Comet outside to explore the paths. Today’s priority is paths to the wood pile and bird feeder, also clean off the front steps and a path to the unplowed street. Yep, nary a plow truck yet here. Governor declared a state of emergency so we’re not supposed to go out anyway. Hubby may go out for the paper later – there is a little convenience store a few miles away. Oh and a liquor store and a pizza place – we have our priorities straight up here on the mountain!
Comet is getting good at walking with his harness, though he was very happy when I picked him up. Oh and he made yellow snow, surprise! In the old days known as the Shaddo/Jiggs era, an additional path would have been made to nowhere for just such occasions – the boys only used the litterbox inside as a last resort.

Hee hee, pick me up meowmy, my paws are tender! LOL yellow snow!
Hey Joan…great to see you finally relaxin’ on patio!
Yawn…guess I’d better head back before they miss me!
BTW my newbyish ferals Kotki/Abyssinian wanna-be and Lotki/grey-white fluff were around.
Kotki is bit more trusting now but Lotki is still skittish.
No sign of Mr Ott…think he’s on a dif schedule now since nomz are gone by time I get home.
    OK…later!

Snowed here, stopped, snowed more and stopped again! About 2″ total…. not too bad.
I have a pot of broth on the stove for the cats. Chicken bones, carrots, celery and parsley. Threw the neck, liver and such in too, with that broth. The house smells SO good!!! Cats are meowing even though they already had their “broth allotment” for today! LOL
Joan, that is TOO cute about your three babies. Love that Comet lays by the fire with his feet in the air! LOLOL How cute that Mac likes to lay on the bed with you! Poor Leela though…… Awwww…..
I’m watching Dr. Oz…. LOVE that show.

LOL, at Joan and Comet. The yellow snow comment reminded me when hubby shoveled the walkway to the garage the other day, Maxwell was out there making yellow snow along it! Come on! My outside cats are sick of it, they are just pooping and peeing everywhere and anywhere, so you have to watch where you walk as I don’t want to bring that in on my feet, yuck! Plus it drives the cats inside crazy.
Great idea BB, making broth for kits! I’ve seen the new cat food that’s broth, but I haven’t bought it..a little expensive for just some flavored water! Like you, it makes sense to make my own!

Love your comment about the outside litter box, Joan. That’s exactly how Miss Gaea operates-indoor litter boxes under “duress” only. The only time we get snow plows on the side streets in when we get over 12″. They do a sloppy job by pushing the snow/ice onto the sidewalk which I have to shovel. 😡
When I make chicken soup (canned or fresh), I have wrap around kittahs. Meow, meow, meow, HEY! 😛
I’m glad your classes are going well and your concerns about the new location aren’t coming to fruition.

Now, I’m going to go laugh hysterically by myself! 😛 😀

    Cya later,
    PG
