HM, some idiot Frat boys from Tech made up a t-shirt with Michael Vick holding up Reville (A&M’s mascot) from a noose with the phrase “Vick ’em.”
Tech made the frat stop selling the shirts and suspended the fraternity, which I thought was a bit of overkill. While selling the shirts was stupid and classless, suspending an entire frat is an offense that usually follows an incident such as an assault in the house, or an alcohol incident (either overdosing or administering to a minor) that results in serious injury. Yes, the boys should be punished, but make it more of a community-service thing like organizing a fundraiser for the local animal shelter, or having to go every Saturday to clean the cages for the rest of the year.
