Just got this e-mail from KZ so sharing it with all of you:

“Hi KJ! I’ve not sent an email from my phone so here goes. Surgery went very well.
And I am doing great and at the moment am totally pain free. This will change tomorrow but I am grateful. If you would like to let others on TDK know I would be so appreciative. I am so thankful for their white light and healing prayers.”

My doctor is pleased with me. My x-rays look great and I walked twice today with a walker full weight on new hip. Did 2 steps also for practicing entering home. He says if tomorrow is as good I’m coming home! I am sore today from physical therapy UT have been virtually pain free since surgery. Thanks to the wondrous TDK healing powers and white light. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. And like ECB said hip hip hooray!!

I sure do love u guys. My pain block is gone now and so I’m having some eeek. But it’s better now than in the night. Baby steps as its only day 2. Later!

hip hip hooray is right!! so happy for younthatbit all went well.. and wishing you a very speedy recovery ! I’m not sure if I ever mentioned but I used to work in a hip replacement factory!!! I used to do function and engraving checks along with clean room packaging and shipments.. I was a jack of all trades in that company .. oh you could have one of my hips replacements!! 😆

I’m glad your home. These first couple of days can be tough esp. when the pain block is gone. You don’t mind because you’re on the way to doing all the stuff you couldn’t do before.
