    I’m back from an out of town meeting, feed kitties and off to a concert.

    MCW and Cheri, so glad you both are feeling better!!

    Kittmom, the party for The Girls will begin when their mama gets home from the gym Monday. Probably around 10:00 CST. I will open the worm hole!

    Retail therapy (essential, as having put on a leetle weight, not many clothes fit very comfortably at the moment!) comprised of :

    1 pr black jogging trousers for the gym

    1 pr choc brown combats

    1 pr multi (bit like camouflage) combats

    3 t-shirts (including a little miss chatterbox and a little miss sunshine)

    The new REM CD

    oooo…sounds like some cool stuff! and I’ve heard one song from the cd, Supernatural, Super Serious that I really like. Let me know how you like the rest of the cd!

    I had it on in the background whilst washing up (how very domesticated!), and wasn’t massively thrilled, but need to give it a fair hearing – I’ll put it in the car in the next few days and let you know! I wanted to get the Pigeon Detectives new album, but it’s not out yet (you’ve probably not heard of them, try looking in you tube – they’re a bit like the killers, and the new sinle “Emergency” is brilliant!)

    MCW, I love retail therapy. We had some last night. Hubby needed new dress slacks and ties for work. SO I told him I needed some t-shirts too, so I got some. I came home and bought some on the internet as well. 🙂 I went through my stuff and I have 85% winter stuff, which is fine, but with spring and summer, I have some tank tops, but I wanted a few things with short sleeves since I am not the little thing I used to be.:)

    hi CM! it IS a bummer having all the clothes in your closet shrink, isn’t it?!

    I don’t know what happened to mine!!! Altho it might be all the ice cream and cookies and pie that mysteriously get into my mouth…

    Franz Ferdinand – not bad – have you heard of the kaiser chiefs, they’re not disimilar…I love Foo Fighters’ Learn to Fly, the rest sounds a little samey to me!

    HI Linda!! I need to stop buying shrinking clothes lol. We cleaned out some of our closet last night and gave it to goodwill this morning.

    I love the 80’s!!!! any and all. Duran Duran was my group when I was a teen. I just saw them 3 years ago when they came to Cleveland. THey were my first concert too. LOVE THEM!!

    I really really love listening to the 80’s, I have so many CD’s and stuff from that era.

    as for the foo fighters, I just knew one song 🙂

    Hi everyone! I’m working this afternoon for a bit before my concert. MCW, I love Duran Duran! Pretty much all 80’s music and I am a Dave Matthews Band fanatic! Hope everyone is having a good Saturday

    Yay CM!!! Who was your favourite? Mine was John Taylor…I saw them about three years ago too, their first tour with the original Roger Taylor lineup since they split – excellent gig!!
