    Too true KW. Everything on craigs list is either part time bookeeper or working with mentally challenged kids. I admire people that can do the second one, but I’m just not one of them

    Good morning all. Haven’t been on in a couple of days due to feeling very down and can see no one missed me. No worries.

    My Dad was the one who introduced us to having a nice grilled tomato with breakfast. We would have scrambled eggs that was made with milk, eggs, pieces of sausage, and some spices. Also would have whole wheat toast and fresh squeezed orange juice. We all would help with making the breakfast. It was like a dance with all that went on.

    Good luck with your job search, Instinct. Hope you find something soon to eleviate (sp?) your financial stress.

    Does Craigs list allow you to limit your search just to Alameda? Would you be interested in work-study jobs on campus?

    I’m sure you will find the right job soon Instinct. Please try to hold out for the right job, having worked for years in the wrong place I know just how demoralising that can be. Keep the faith the right job will turn up.

    It is pouring rain here. I called my mom who is out on the coast and they have been without power since yesterday. She sounded a bit frazzled so I kept my call short.

    Hi LV!!

    Power out at work yesterday so they sent us home around 11:30am. Power flickered at my apt but has been on so far. I hope it stays on.

    Now it is just dumping rain here. I can hear it hitting the roof.

    Hi all! It’s cold, rainy and windy here in Southern Calif…

    Hi Linda, I sent Susie an email to let her know that if I she needs anything, I am here for her. I have no problem with driving out to her but it is the roads that may not allow me to get there. Hope you have power and are safe where you are. Heard about possible mudslides due to the fire damaged hills.
