Heres something to spice up breakfast!

Huevos del fuego ( Eggs of Fire )

    3-4 large eggs

    3 table spoons water

    1 slice of pepperjack cheese

about 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese

    dash of tobasco sauce

    dash of Worcestershire sauce

    pinch of salt,

    pinch of pepper

a Salsa of your choice (mild, medium hot)

cut the pepperjack cheese into strips about 1/4 inch (5mm) wide and set aside

whisk together eggs salt, pepper, water, tobasco, and Worcestershire

    pour into hot pan

sprinkle pepperjack cheese into cooking eggs

sprinkle 1/2 the grated cheddar cheese into the eggs also

fold into an omelet if possible (I cannot seem to do this ) 🙂

tip out onto plate when cooked and garnish with the salsa then sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

    Enjoy!

P.S. The water creates stem which makes the eggs a bit fluffier.
