Hi Khalid, all I can suggest as far as your blog is checking out other blogs, as many as you can and see what it is about them that you find interesting, informative and keeps your interest and coming back. Trial and error. Blogs don’t necessarily stay the same, they evolve over time. Best of luck with your blog.

    KF,

Ours is a not a forum per se. This site began as way to showcase, well, kittens. It evolved in a place to showcase all our cats.

As participants, we share joys and set backs of our lives that are brightened by furries and floffies. We don’t sell anything. When people ask questions, we let them know we are providing neither professional advice nor veterinary expertise. What do give them is the basic of how to raise happy, healthy kits. All of the information we provide is based on our experience. Regardless the question, we tell people to always check with their veterinarian.

I talked to few other members and we’re not sure we can provide much to help get your blog off the ground. You are affiliated with Amazon. This puts your blog on a different level than our “Daily Kitten” forum.

Here’s a list of the top cat blogs of 2016:

I’m glad you’re here and Mr. Taga, as our Daily Kitten, is a most adorable guy kit indeed.

Hi Khalid – I agree with Moonshadow and Pussigato. Check out other blogs and cat sites and see what people like and are interested in. Also, do some research so that when you write about specific things like cat breeds, illnesses, etc., you have correct and factual information. If you stay away from opinion, you won’t get as much pushback from people who just seem to enjoy arguing with strangers online.

Perhaps you could feature a certain breed of cat each month, write about the benefits of adopting from shelters, outline the importance of spaying and neutering, and various rescue sanctuaries around the world.

Be sure that any informational articles you write give credit to the originator and if necessary, obtain permission.

    Good luck with your blog!
