From outside the Cafe today all that can be heard is laughter and giggling 🙂 if you peep inside you’ll see there’s a cat comedy club being set up in the corner and lots of Catnip stations 🙂

There are giggling kittens everywhere and staff kitty’s are attempting not to be tempted to suck the helium balloons and make funny voices for the giddy kittens 🙂

Grab a chair and help yourself to all the noms available 🙂

Good morning, Buttons! Cute, cute, cute….the Uranus one especially. And the pee your pants one. I’m an unashamed fan of bathroom humor..lol.

Making some pumpkin pancakes right now to surprise the boys when they wake up. :).

Oh, yum! Pumpkin pancakes! Such lucky little boys you have. I just had my breakfast smoothie ~ half each of apple, pear, banana, some frozen blueberries, a few brazil nuts, cashews…. milk and a dash of turmeric for my knee. YUMMY!
Well, there is a LOT of snow out there! Maybe 6-8″ I would say. Not sure…. I will be spending a LOT of time shoveling and it won’t be fun with my sore knee….. Oh, well… FREE exercise!
The birds have been on the feeder and woodpeckers on the suet. SO glad I put that out yesterday for them! I’m sure they are starving!

Morning all! …. Tried to sleep in today, but the rain/winds were loud …. Its stopping now, and should be out of here come parade time …. Traffic is already beginning to build, parents, kids, strollers and stuff heading to stake out their spot to watch the parade ….. We used to pack a picnic lunch and do the same when the kids were small … The early birds get the front row seats!!

Mr. AV and I are having a relaxing day, getting stuff done around the house, and plan to walk down to see the fireworks this evening …

Happy Sat all! …. This is just the preamble to the extravaganza next weekend ….. Thats when the wild/craziness goes on …. This one isn’t too bad, except for the parents that get too drunk, even with kids in tow …. (Shakes head) …..

Hi, BB and AV. BB, we love smoothies for breakfast here too. Though I tend to call them shakes because most of them aren’t that fruity…though some are. Hubby had a shake when he got up. He gets up later when he can sleep in and doesn’t care for pumpkin. Your smoothie sounds yummy and so healthy.

We saw our first cardinal at the new feeder set up…which isnt that different from the old one. I’ll try to take a photo today.

AV, have fun watching the crowds. I love people watching.

Hi all! As soon as I logged in I heard lots of laughing, giggling and all out gut busting belly laughing. Love the pics!
Lots of snow here. It’s kind of heavy – good for snowballs and snowman making. The birds at the feeder are so striking in the whiteness!

Well, the shoveling is ALL done! Phew….. It was heavy cause I was too lazy sleeping instead of getting out there while it was still light and fluffy. 🙁 I will be sore tomorrow.
ECB that is wonderful that you had a cardinal!! I LOVE them and especially against the white snow, as Joan said. The birds were singing out here like it was spring or something! It did feel quite warm. Tomorrow there will probably be black ice all over… 🙁 The weather channel is saying another storm is coming from out west. The biggest storm of the season. OH BOY! LOOK OUT!!!!

Hope the next storm misses us, BB. There was a beautiful sunset today against the snow covered trees. Mac went out for a little while today. Hopefully he is seeing what he is missing and will opt for indoor living.

Hope the storms miss all of you! I slept through relatively warm day – cold snap back as tomorrow – laff’s on me!
Tks for the laffs Buttons – much needed!!! Always! Sabbath over – my rest is not – popping in to add to the mirth and merriment before I catch an hr or 2 of more zzzz’s. L8R!

Hi KJ!!!! *waving…. Looks like you need a LOT of sleep like I do! I have been off work for 3 days and I would say I slept much of it. That is sad……… SO much I need to do around here too…. 🙁 Oh, well what can ya do? It is how it is…….

GR8 floor show Buttons! Hope the kits will do a repeat later, or I’ll catch it on vid! 🙂 Yes BB I seem to need way more sleep that I get, up relatively early, sleep relatively too late, try to recover on Caturday, then up again way late as second wind arrives, then not ideal cycle starts again LOL. Whatever – for now it’s back into my snug warm bed for a bit.

Messi seems to be eating again 🙂 she actually are two raisins & a peanut in front of me today not the healthiest of foods for her but it’s got her eating again… Now cutting back on treats and hope she’ll eat the good pellets …

Hi all, buttons you had me LOL with the pics today.
Hope the next storm isn’t as big as they say.
Glad Mac prefers the warm fire and great company to the loner life outside.

It’s very uncomfortably humid here today and I have no energy.
