Hi my cat is pregnant and I’m just trying to get an estimate time that I will be expecting kittens. She’s really fat but the kittens are about 2-3 inches from her butt. She’s still eating but won’t drink water and she’s very protective over her belly she will let me run on her and feel the babies but when my husband try’s she attacks him. Will she be in labor soon? And she has been licking her butt area a lot today

Cat gestation is 63 to 66 days, give or take a few. She could be in beginning labor if it’s been that long that you suspect she is pregnant. Hopefully, you have her inside so that she doesn’t have them somewhere you can’t find them outside. She will need extra nutrition while nursing, same as while she has been pregnant. Let us know how she’s doing!

Yes she is inside and she has been very lazy lately and grooming a lot she been showing a lot of attention to her back end and I have been thinking she was pregnant for about 2 months now she will pick at the food now but won’t really eat like she used to

I think tonight will be the night she has been pushing them down and her butt is kinda swollen and she’s breathing a lot heavier tonight she’s still eating but not as much is that normal?

I don’t know if it’s normal. The cats that have had kittens here, just seem to have them whenever and wherever, although there could be that going on but they don’t show it. If you are concerned about it, I wouldn’t waste time getting her to a vet to be checked. Could be she is having trouble and can’t get started. Anyway, when they check her they can tell you if all is ok.

Ok she has started to not eat any more she will take a couple bites and then she will walk away from it and lay down so I think she’s just a lil nervous
