Oh, Neenie, that just reminded me of when I was in high school and was alone late one night. All of a sudden, I heard some people talking loudly. I actually grabbed my baton from the closet. With my heart pounding against my chest, I FINALLY got up the courage to open the door. Of course, I screamed a loud, “A, Ha!” as I gracefully (as gracefully as one can in her underwear!) leapt around the corner with the baton swinging madly in the air. Our dog had jumped up onto the couch and turned on the tv with the volume extremely loud! Didn’t sleep well that night. . .
