    Hi everyone,
I have never grown love for pets, however 4 weeks ago my husband and I found 4 baby 1 day old newborn kittens outside our house. Unfortunately, 3 of them didn’t make it, but one beautiful baby survived. We raised her and fed her around the clock, took her to vets, and cared for her the past 3 weeks. We loved her…she was so beautiful, and growing quickly. However she died yesterday of unknown causes, just struggled to breathe. We feel she may have choked on some milk and died that way. It hurt so much to see my baby girl die in my arms. She’s made me a cat lover for life.

I’m so sorry, Alex. Thank you so much for loving your little girl, you did everything you could. Her life was much too short but if you measure it by love, it was a lifetime’s worth packed into a brief three weeks and that made it very, very special.

Alex, I am so sorry. Losing a loved pet always hurts. However you loved her and gave her a good life before she was taken. Always remember that she knew love because of you and your husband.

I’m so sorry. What a wonderful gift you gave her. And what a wonderful gift she gave you…to know love for a furry companion.

Condolences to you and your husband, Alex. I echo comments above, the little one knew love because of you, and she taught you the joy of love from her.
Perhaps she is suggesting for you to visit your local shelter, and adopt someone who needs a home. Not necessarily a kitten, maybe an adult whose personality is established, or a doggie who needs love.

Alex as you saw I too lost my 3 week old sunshine, we rescued him abandoned in the backyard at 1 day old. We cared for him all we could and then all of a sudden Monday when I came home from work he was lifeless 🙁 Now we feel an emptiness that we just want to fill. I understand how you are feeling right now. I want to thank you for your kind words earlier and say I’m so sorry for your loss. I am happy to know that you are now a cat lover…for us we’ve decided to Adopt another kitten to fill the void that we didn’t know we had before sunshine. Maybe the same will help you grieve. For me focusing on something else helps me hold back the tears that I have in my heart for my baby. Good luck to you
