Ok so I have a cat that stays outside and she had her kittens last night in our shop but he can’t get in and out on her own should we try to move them somewhere were she can get to them on her own free will

Absolutely! The mama cat can take care of them much better than some one trying to hand rear them. Put a litter box in the shop, and food and water and don’t let her out. If you do, she more than likely will move them and you will not be able to find them. Or you could bring her and kittens into the house with litterbox and food. And after she is done nursing, you will want to get her spayed, as she could get pregnant again very quickly, sometimes even before she’s done nursing.

Would it ok if I brought the big Kinnel outside under the carport and put her kittens in there?? I can get to them and will be able to move the kittens without having to touch them

Ivana, the whole idea of keeping the mama in, is to make sure she doesn’t move her kittens and she can raise them. It’s okay if you touch them, in fact I have touched, held, kissed all of my little kittens! Is the mama cat tame? If she is, she would like the pampering too, petting her and making over her kittens in front of her. Some feral cats even become somewhat tamer when they come to you for ‘help’ during the birth and kitten raising phase. It’s like they feel better having someone to help them.

Also I would not put them under the carport where they are exposed to wind, rain and other animals. This will make mama nervous and might jeopardize the lives of the kittens as well.
