Hi, so, i´ve just got a little 4 1/2 weeks old kitten and i feed him wet food mixed with kitten formula every 4 to 5 hours because he wouldn eat its formula alone or from a syringe, i got him this little because his mom was ill an had an infection, so she couldnt fed him and his owner wnted to give them away quickly beacause the formula here is kind of expensive here and he was going to leave him somewhere else if he was not adopted, so, Could you please advice me on how much and what would be the best to fed him, btw he already uses his litter box and he poops once a day.
    Thanks!!!

I will post some links for you on hand rearing kittens. Since he is now eating solid food and using the litterbox, you are almost home free!! So glad you decided to adopt this little kitten, now he has a forever home!

Oh yes, we here at TDK, actually recommend it over formula. You can get it in the refrigerated milk section of the grocery or in the baking aisle in cans. The canned is condensed so add water 1 to 1. Also there is powdered too. The goat’s milk is a fraction of the price of the formula, and IMO it’s better for them. Keep us posted on your baby!

It all depends on what you want to do. KMR is MUCH cheaper on amazon. In my area a 12 oz can of it from the local pet shop is $32 and on Amazon it’s only $12.50, even cheaper than goat’s milk, which in my area is $14 a can. My little one got constipation form KMR, so we alternate both milks to keep her nourished and regular at the same time. Either way, since your little one is almost weaned you probably won’t need a whole lot of whichever milk you end up getting. Best of luck!
