JBBM make sure that you talk to someone–bottling things up will not help! Remember you have people around you that do care about you.

All is well – I promise! I had sent out a request for someone, anyone, to call me as I lost my cell phone but it’s found!

BUT – Did go back to the Doc yesterday for follow-up. Iron is still EXTREMELY low so continuing on with daily extra strength OTC iron and e/o day B12 shots. Blood is a wee bit too sweet – he started writing script for Metformin but I begged/pleaded for ONE MORE CHANCE to fix it through diet. I have 3 months. We are going to try Tramadol for pain as I am looking for a non-narcotic solution for my headaches (which have greatly improved since neck traction was introduced into my chiropractic visits). Lipids are borderline so when we re-check in 3 months he’ll check them again, too. ACE was still in normal range (SM will know what I’m talking about). Overall it was a good check-up. We are still searching for an answer to my sleep problems. Seems the popular meds either don’t work for me anymore or give me migraines 🙁

    I LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!

🙂 I’m glad the emergency was nothing more serious than a missing cellphone and that your checkup was good. You need to stick around for a long, long time.

JBBM – have you added cinnamon to your regimen? I added it to hubby’s daily pills and his blood sugar dropped about 25 points with no diet change.

    Thank you, Kilroy 🙂

CBM – I used to and that’s a great idea! I’ll get some this weekend or maybe order from Puritan’s Pride – I want to try (now the spelling is gonna be off, I know) Ashwaganda (or something like that).

CostCo carries a reasonably priced cinnamon supplement.
