My cat gave birth to 3 kittens somewhere in our neighbors house around december. Our neighbor noticed a rotten smell in her backyard a saw the 3 kittens… but sadly one of them died. The two surviving kittens were fat and active, however, when she gave them to us, the other kitten died because my cat accidentally broke her neck trying to relocate them.
After the death of that kitten, the other kitten seemed to always be sleeping and she only wakes up to drink milk from her mother. I’m worried because he doesn’t do anything else but sleep, poop and feed. I’m not even sure if the mother cat feeds him because we leave them alone in a room when she feeds her kitten. She gets really irritable if ever we were watching her feed and we were worried she might attack the kitten because we want to observe.
I don’t know what’s wrong with the kitten. A week ago, he was chasing our foot and walking around the house. I’m so worried.
