Lynnmo, please don’t apologize for not having good news. Your losses are beyond overwhelming, and you’re going to need a good, long time to do the work of grief. After that, you can start to think about healing. For the very moment, do whatever it takes to live moment to moment. Come here and ASK FOR HELP any and every time you need it.
