Here is the recipe for fast & easy caramel sticky buns. Be sure to invert from the pan to a plate after letting it cool a little, all the good caramel will have settled to the bottom of the pan. Yummmm!
Ingredients
2 loaves frozen bread , thawed
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup raisins ( optional)
1 stick butter, melted
1 small box vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 small box butterscotch pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. milk
Directions
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 ( 8 in.) square pans
Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and raisins. (optional)
Cut thawed bread into walnut-size pieces
Fill pan with bread pieces.
Mix together butter, pudding, sugar, cinnamon, and milk
Pour over dough.
Cover lightly with plastic wrap
Refrigerate over night
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until lightly brown.
Cool in pan 10 min. before removing. INVERT PAN onto plate
