    Hey Buttons,

Didn’t exactly give up bike, let this girl take it and then I got to take the only bike available, which was the instructor’s as she does not use it, just gives verbal coaching/instructions (with everyone watching me, when not working on not passing out, the class is that hard, instructor is awesome, a top-ranked cycling pro and nice as can be to us amateurs) . Well seeing as I’m seriously into spin class and (admittedly) somewhat of a show-off (OK, purrhaps a bit more than somewhat), I was not just biking, I was flying!!!

Yum KJ, those remind me of thumb print cookies used to make during Holidays too! Ooo, poppyseed – makes note for next baking spree! Haven’t had
chance to do quiz yet, boring/biz vs fun/cookie games LOL

Joan – I haven’t even seen any buds on mine yet. Well maybe after today’s temps! Saw an article about keeping original shape of Forsythia bush by cutting out old growth. IMHO how can you cut out old growth if new is connected to it? Oh well, mine gets taller & I trim the width each Spring after
it blooms. Do you prune yours too?

Had time for cookie break, yup just as I thought/double chocolate cookie – passing plateful to share, yum!
    double choco cookies.
(Make choco walnut drops once in awhile – maybe put in choco chips next time to match my title! 😉 )

My Hamentashen pic got weirded out, or Basement Cat & minions ate the cookies. Here’s another virtual batch:

    I’m a double chocolate cookie!
I wonder if MIL went to bed with the tiaira on?? 🙂 She was sooo happy!
There are no buds on the outside forsythia bushes. The sticks I brought in were in water for about ten days when they bloomed. The bright yellow blooms really give me hope too!
I do trim the outdoor bushes; they can quickly become quite unruly. For many years my neighbor cut the ones that border our yards since he was retired and enjoyed doing yardwork. A couple of years ago we agreed on trimming them way back, which was a blessing because it was the last time he was able to do it. Now that he has passed away I have done it and am thankful he trimmed them to a height I can reach.

    Buttons, love the do! …..

….. and that runaway baby Panda is too cute! ….. LOL @ Joan – a double chocolate cookie! I’m a thin mint! (Altho I don’t like cookies, so I have to fake some of my answers! LOL)

A “fake” thin mint – don’t tell the Girl Scouts AV! 😉

This is the best idea yet for Spring Forward Monday:
    Spring Forward Monday
    LOL

If that’s the case then Happy Hour is now here in the café – Fountains are flowing w/potent bubbly & NA!

Hi all, it’s high noon here on a sunny day.
KJ, Shadz says thank you for the wonderful birthday party you had for Dorry. She had a fantastic time and dragged herself in the door late last night with streamers hanging off her. I’m not expecting to see her awake for many hours.
Yay colour in your house Joan. Take that Winter, Spring is on the way! ! !
Great pics. ROTFL at the kitty that has bet the litter tray at the tables.

MS, Shadz is charming, a purrfect little HRH who does you credit. Dorry is besotted (a cattitude he, being cattish, has regarding all the girl kitties.) 😉

    Hi MS! *waving*
Great to have some color in the house. Think I’ll bring it over to elderly cat lady neighbor’s and get myself some more. It is slightly less treacherous to walk in the yard.

    You got: Christmas Cookie
    Via bonappetit.com
You’re a star! Joy probably isn’t your middle name, but it is an emotion you frequently experience. Seriously, you’re so fun to be around that literally every day with you is like Christmas. Lucky you. Recipe: Linzer Stars
