Milah's Journey

Hello everyone!

About three weeks ago, my girlfriend, Taylor, and I received a call from a friend who found an abandoned kitten near her home. Taylor and I went to go see this kitten, made sure that she really had been abandoned (the mama was nowhere to be seen for several hours), and we took the little girl in. It was a huge adjustment at first (she was only two days old at the time and we had never taken care of a kitten so young before), but it’s proven to be an incredibly rewarding experience. The kitten, who we’ve named Milah, is now 3.5 weeks old and she is simply precious. She loves cuddling up on my chest and purring her little heart out, and it just makes my own heart so happy to be able to help her. I’ve attached pictures of her around the time we found her, and of her now. 🙂 The one picture is of one of our other cats, Bella, actually cuddling Milah; this was a bit of a surprise since Bella hadn’t shown too much interest in Milah when we first brought her home, but she seemed to warm up to her a bit. 🙂
