    Corned beef and cabbage for today – how surprising – not! LOL. I’d pass on the corned beef, purrhaps tofu beef strips would work, but the veggies look delish.
    So kewel that kits have their furry own patron saint, aside from St. Francis of Assisi and love the pic JK – almost resembles a Tarot Card. I know, I’m not RC, but it’s still nice.

    Tks JK – that recipe looks relatively easy and as delish as meat one. Don’t get why some peeps give me a weird look when I tell them that to me tofu hot dogs, burgers, etc. taste like the meat versions, only somehow lighter. Told that I don’t remember how much “better” the meat versions are. Not to moi, and oh well! Live and let live.

    I agree – feel so much better since choose mostly veggie lifestyle.
    But again, as you said – to each its own.
    I prefer Live & Let Live = for earth’s creatures too!
    Ok, no furry offense meant to TDK meat eaters/luv ya!

    (Years ago as a kid in RC grade school the nuns/dating myself gave out holy cards for good grades & on special occasions. Some kids had stacks – I had medium pile…kids would trade them like holy baseball cards/LOL!
    The ones posted here are a bit more contemporary – oldies were sometimes even scary w/sculls=theologian or fire/inspiration or martyr…oh yea, that old time religion fun/NOT Always! Sorry- that’s jus my IMHO! 😉

    I hear you JK. From the bits that I know most of the saints did not meet good ends, ie martyrdom, some of the info is rather gory, ie St. Catherine and the Catherine Wheel etc. Wonder what impact this would have had on kids. Then again I recall as a kid being a bit creeped out by some illustrations in Passover Haggadah, ie depictions of the ten plagues, etc. Interesting. Wondering though, how pic has St. Paddy with trio of tuxies, what’s the connection. Not that there has to be one.
