She’s getting very naughty but also at the same time a real delight to be around. Just a few days ago, she learned how to open the kitchen cabinet and nothing can stop her. She’ll be standing on her hind legs and use her paws tp swing open the door. It appears that the door is now her new toy. No amount of admonishment can stop her now. Luckily, there are only pots and pans in there. 🙂

I’ve taught her to sit and gimme high 5! Very smart kitten she is.

Agreed, that is quite a cat tree there! Lucy Belle looks so happy and healthy. For those who are new to the boards here, you might want to check out her Catster page. She was rescued at a very young age (4-5 days, I think?) and had to be hand fed and nurtured. What wonderful results!

That was a hoot when she stopped to chew on her foot! Molly has the cheese toy and has already pulled the mouse and his pole out; I need to look for the 2nd one, that looks really fun too!

Lucy Belle is at that wonderful age where EVERYTHING is a plaything! How entertaining! I bet she’d attack a crumpled up ball of paper with all her mighty hunting skills, and kill it in no time!

She is VERY AGGRESSIVE with her kitty bongo toy. Maybe because it’s still new but she attacked it with all her mighty force. Any other kittens play rough like this or is it very normal?

Tigerlilly, glad to hear that she’s just the way she is supposed to be! As for the other toy, it’s actually a doorknob dangler toy with a mouse head and long long legs … hahaha … I got if from my local pet store but you can purchase it online here:-

A lot of folks have been asking about the very same toy. My kitty wouldn’t play with it if it hangs on a doorknob. Instead, she loves to play with they toy on the floor (obviously shown in the video) and carry it in her mouth. The bells are very noisy and if your kitty loves to carry toys in her mouth, be prepared for jingle bells all day long!
