Hi Divine,
I’m sorry Miss Michi isn’t 100% but Mr. Remus is charging onward.
Here’s a list of symptoms. Please understand these symptoms could be a result of any of the vaccines or all.
Common symptoms:
Mild Fever
Decrease in social behavior
Diminished appetite or activity
Sneezing or other respiratory signs with intranasal vaccines
Discomfort or mild swelling at the injection sit
Rare side effects, such as an allergic reaction, may occur. Your pet may experience symptoms of a more serious reaction to the vaccine within minutes or hours of the vaccination
Rare symptoms could include:
Swelling to face and legs
Repeated vomiting or diarrhea
Whole body itching
Difficulty breathing
Collapse
If your pet experiences any of these rare symptoms, you should contact your veterinarian immediately, as your pet may require additional medical treatment.
In my experience, when a cat shakes their head like that it means they have ear mites or any thing affecting the ears.
FYI-My vet refuses to administers the 3 yr. rabies vaccination. He said their have been too many problems, like site sarcomas from chronic inflammation.
All I’ve read about the new PureVac 3 in 1 is many veterinarians are excited about it’s use. “We feel the PureVax Rabies Vaccine is a safer alternative for our feline patients, and we are proud to begin using it on our feline patients.”
Here’s a bunch of information but you have to decide if her behavior is enough of a concern to take her back to or call the vet. As the saying goes “err on the side of caution.”
I hope it helps.
