It would be better to use the Kitten formula but the dose is by body weight
Suggested Daily Use: Regular Gel: To supplement caloric and nutritional intake, give 1-1/2 tsp per 10 lbs of body weight. When pet is not consuming full feed ration, give 3 tsp per 10 lbs of body weight. Kitten Gel: To supplement your kitten’s caloric or nutritional intake: 1/2 level tsp.
There are nutrients in the kitten formula not in the adult and also many of the nutrients are at a higher level. You could give more of the adult dose per body weight but the missing nutrients are generally essential and you would want to insure the kits are getting them from another source.
