Well, I just rang them, they don’t have any record of anything going wrong and can’t find a problem (hollow laugh) so they’ve asked me if I can ask you guys each to post the original bounceback message you’re getting so I can send it to them and they can investigate further.

That won’t work, MS, because you’re in NZ. Gosh, I didn’t realise I wasn’t getting emails from anyone! (Still getting them from work though.) Are you getting any error messages?
