    Hang in there TM, MC & JBBM…you can & will do this.

    Me, did the gym thing & pretty much behaved so far this week. Tonite is a snow aerobics day with no trip to the grocery store/enough cat food on hand. So what is in the fridge is pretty healthy for me too. (No cake/ice cream around except Kilroy’s virtual treats in the cafe today!!)

    Wondering how everyone is doing so far this month! BTW it is Healthy Weight Week too! I haven’t stepped on a scale so far this month for just guage it by how my clothes fit!

    I have been seeing my personal trainer twice a week all this month and it seems to be working but ouch ouch ouch! This week we did total body workouts that did just that – made me ache from head to toe the next day! But — I took measurements this week as well and I have lost an inch off my arms since we started!

    Did a bit of snow aerobics over the weekend. Am hoping to have an actual work out in a social setting as the gym tonite to end the month on positive note!
