Good news: I can log in here at work today!
Bad news: It’s been a BAD food day. It started good but got VERY stressed here at work and I ate 2 bags of chips and 2 candy bars AND a packet of pop tarts I have been doing so good. And now I don’t want to eat the healthy stuff I have with me because it feels like it will be a “waste.” I do walk at lunch every day so that is a plus. I’ve thrown in the towel on this day. Food was awful. Junk. Junk. More junk. And I had been doing SOOOO good! Tomorrow we are taking my boss out to lunch as he is leaving us (this is a major loss to our team). Going to Golden Corral so I don’t have to deal with a full luncheon (I hate to doing them).
So light brekkie (fruit and hardboiled eggs) and I do pretty good there so not too worried. Have another stressful day coming but I can be prepared and take some healthy veggies to munch.

I hear ya JBBM, we need to get together and commiserate (I hope I spelled that right!). With all my health stuff going on I just have been eating crappy. I did it again today, I have no will power. I see something and I just pop it in my mouth. I don’t know what has got a hold of me but boy I am eating like there is no tomorrow. Anyone else use the LiveStrong web site for food tracking? That is helping me to do better but I also realized I lie to myself. Don’t want to track that candy then don’t enter it in! It still helps – I don’t like lying even to myself it seems.
On the positive side working with the trainer is getting me to the gym, even on days I don’t have an appointment with her and the pedometer from work is making me try to walk more.12 January, 2012 at 7:48 pm #713736

Me, did the gym thing & pretty much behaved so far this week. Tonite is a snow aerobics day with no trip to the grocery store/enough cat food on hand. I have been seeing my personal trainer twice a week all this month and it seems to be working but ouch ouch ouch! This week we did total body workouts that did just that – made me ache from head to toe the next day!
