I was owned by 5 female feral calicos, rosieposie 123! I know it’s strange to think one could be “owned” by a feral cat,but it’s true!! They were all untamed outdoor cats who lived in an insulated cardboard box underneath the 55ft. house-trailer I lived in.The mama cat was an orange/white mix named Leah. She showed up on my porch-steps and being the catslavefool I am,made a place for her before the winter cold and snows hit.6 months later I discovered why she chose me!!
The 4 girls were 1)Zoe:BIG white with brown/orange/gray spots and metallic blue eyes, she was The Shizzit, not to be messed with by the others but a real softy-heart when she wanted to be.Was actually the 1st to let me pet on her! 2)Angel:Mostly white w/speckled orange/brown spots. Not much smaller than Zoe but THE scrapper of the bunch, she also could leap 4ft. in the air from a standstill!!Big sweetie,really.3)Meagan: dark brown/light-orange tiger-stripes and white paws and belly, the world’s land-speed champion and ultimate pacifist.(obviously! She was always the first to run when a fight broke out! LOL)And 4)Gwen(dolyn): the sickliest of the 4,was always fighting with one sickness(ear-mites,which I cured her of but soon came back) or another.Nearly ALL white w/tiny orange/brown patches. The biggest heart-tugger of all.LOUD yowler too!!lol. I’m currently waiting to move into an apartment that will allow cats. Maybe by spring! 🙂 Sadly,I had to give all 5 away shortly before I had to involuntarily move back to the Big City(Seattle). But they all went to the local shelter and on to good homes in the country!
