I love Heroes! I even forgive all the plot inconsistencies because of the (generally) great acting and the way the show itself almost seems to have a personality and a heart.

In House, Laurie’s acting is still magnificent, but somehow the writing seemed to fall off for me in the second season. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but it almost seemed like they lost confidence in the character. I hated the way that they turned Cuddy from a competent administrator who sometimes can win a battle with House into an incompetent.

I totally enjoyed the first season. Got the DVD now with the 73 minute never-aired pilot. Really looking forward to the next season. I’m a football addict too so I get really torn, but in general, I would rather watch Heroes on Monday since there’s plenty of football on Sundays. The exception would be if the Giants play on a Monday night, but I’m not sure they are going to have the best of seasons…AGAIN!!!!

Hubby and I are both “Heros” addicts….and I had the instructor for my International Business class tell me that he won’t accept any reference or information from Wikki…..hmmmm wonder why? LOL

I watched the entire first season over labor day weekend with my mom. fell in love with peter petrelli. I can’t wait for the new season to start!

That actually reminds me that since I have all of Heroes: Season 1 iTuned, I might fire it up and watch as much as I can cram in in the next 9 days, just to make sure I remember all the twists and turns once the 24th comes around.

I have been *SO* bad since I posted last here. I think that I only got 4 or 5 episodes watched last weekend, and haven’t watched any more this week…too busy cooking and doing and posting (causing mayhem on last nights Nightshift thread ;))here. I can see where this weekend is going to be a Heroes-fest on the computer.

There are some awesome sounding new shows coming this season-even a takeoff on “Forever Knight” (another vampire cop on the nightshift). Neenie, did you know that the guy who plays Hiro is also an animator and created the water scenes and Davy Jones moving squid beard in the Pirates of the Carribean movie? And have always been a devoted Dr Who fan and the Captain Jack character has returned as well as having his own spinoff Torchwood that is so cool. It’s on BBC Saturay nights. Like the Doctor, Captain Jack has picked up a human cop girl to join his alien containment/study organization that works with the government.
