    Mindful Living!

(Wondering if that’s what happened to little feral kit earlier in Fall, found him in garden/lifeless on side – if he ate a mouse or toxic??)

My trio were feral/stray. (Luck esp has rough paddies from his many years out/about thru Seasons.) I googled what to use for dry/rough pads. Seems like olive oil would be a natural safe topical treatment!

    Cats are carnivores
Remember our purry furries need mainly protein in their diet as carnivores!

    Cat Soup for IBS:
From article: Finally, I did it. I went online and found a solid cat food recipe from a vet (you have to be a little careful of what you are feeding them and get the proportions right, but it’s not hard). I bought 2 pounds of local, organic chicken thighs, and boiled them up with half a sweet potato, some chicken livers, a few sprigs of parsley, some omega-3 supplements, a couple cloves of garlic, and some iodized salt. After cooking, I threw it all in a blender and then fed her a big bowl of what I call “cat soup.” And that’s all she ate (yes, she loved it!) for a couple days.

Did you know that besides the whiskers grown on their face, cats have whiskers on the backs of their front legs as well? The whiskers aid them in navigating in narrow or shallow areas and tell them whether the area is big enough for their body to get through. The whiskers work as antenna, approximating the measurement of a tight opening, giving them an idea whether they can squeeze through it. So don’t ever trim those fluffy whiskers.

I love Dorry’s whiskers, some have black roots, as though he was going for an “Annie Lennox” look LOL. Sometimes I’ll find one on the floor. They’re so wiry. I tickle him with it and he giggles (well, if cats could giggle that is).

Here is a purry encouraging share from FB for special kit Dover still missing but owner is still hopeful
someday they will be back together again!
    MIA kit
Hasn’t anybody seen this face? I have been praying somebody would step up and tell me they are feeding him, or they have fallen in love with him, or he hangs out in their barn. Something. Dover could be anywhere. I don’t know how far he travels in a day. Can you please keep sharing this face until it reaches that person I am looking for.
(Remember kits show up on own time…paws crossed for special kits/esp Lucy & Dover missing to find forever family again!)
