Help – Diarrhea in 3 week old kitten

My 3 week old hand reared kitten has had diarrhea for several days now. I have had him on goats milk for almost 2 weeks now. I can’t get into the vet right away to check on deworming. I don’t think he can stop feeding for 12 hours (he is only 5 ounces). Do you think he can handle pedialye only for 12 hours to help settle him down and then start feeding again? Are there other home remedies? Do you think it could just be worms and continue on until I can get him treated? I’m grasping at straws now! Any advice is appreciated!
