Earth-based spirituality

This recipe will cast a delicious smell over your whole house.

( this is better then those scented candles you buy to achieve a smelly beautiful home)

Witches Brew

1 apple

1 orange

1 lemon

2 T whole allspice

2 T whole cloves

4 cinnamon sticks

Slice fruit into rings. Don’t worry about peels, seed, cores, etc. Place all ingredients into a crock-pot/or reg stove top pot. Fill with water. Simmer on low. Refill with water as needed. Be careful not let the water get too low.

My house smelled so good yesterday! I didn’t have everything for the brew, but put an orange, an apple, lemon juice, and cinnamon spice into a pan and simmered. Then I sipped hot cider – nice!

Probably would never get one, I don’t like to have to store a lot of stuff, but I like the big giant inflatable black cats on people’s lawns!

Sounds like the purrfect way to enjoy Fall on a Sunday. I too don’t decorate alot except for pumpkins in windows and Fall wreath on door. Some yard decorations certainly are clever, enjoy viewing them w/o the fuss. Do put lites on my bush/tree of Xmas tho, will start soon after Halloween before it gets too cold!
